Support services
Prior to enrolment you must disclose to your trainer or another staff member any issue that may create barriers to your ability to study effectively. We encourage you to use the services we have available including:
• Assistance for those who have difficulty studying on their own.
• Basic technical support for computer issues related to our online learning site.
• Basic learning support.
We suggest that you consult your local phone directory to locate support services in your local area.
Any external services suggested to you by our staff are suggestions only and you should investigate the terms and conditions of your participation in those services as you will be fully responsible for any costs etc which are incurred. We do not endorse specific external programs, even if they are suggested to you.
